First level has a king bedroom and single bunk room w/trundle who share a hall full bath, and a queen bedroom adjoined to a pyrimid bunk room sharing a jack& Jill full bath, Also on the first level is the well -equipped kitchen and large dining room with TV sitting area, screened porch with large picnic table, convenient laundry area and back stairs down to the awesome covered tiki bar, hot tub and outdoor game &charcoal grilling area.
